Gen GH Accelerator

1. The Gen GH Accelerator is a four-month programme from Goalhanger Ltd (we / us / our) designed to identify, mentor and invest in high-potential content creators. Its core goals are to secure a first-look pipeline for future long-form series development and maximise brand partnership revenue with creators.
2. The 2026 Gen GH Accelerator is expected to run from [1April 2026 to 30 June 2026].
3. The full programme will be provided to those applicants who are chosen to join the 2026 Gen GH Accelerator, subject to further terms and conditions, but will include for each creator:
   • Mentorship and training sessions made available by Goalhanger.
   • Access to senior Goalhanger talent and development leads.
   • A fund of up to £10,000 to produce short-form content.
   • A first-look deal for the creator’s next long-form series idea.
   • Brand partnership and revenue support from Goalhanger’s commercial team subject to 30% commission by Goalhanger on any brand partnerships that we facilitate with your agreement in your short-form content.
     
4. Goalhanger Podcasts Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 13846551 and a registered offices at 2.07 Canterbury Court 1- 3 Brixton Road, London, Greater London, England, SW9 6DE.

1. We’re looking for content creators who are at a clear growth inflection point, ready to scale.
2. We want creators who have a strong, authentic voice and point of view, and who are driven by a genuine passion for creating content, not solely by fame and virality.

1. The Gen GH Accelerator is open to applications from content creators who can demonstrate that:
   1. they are already actively publishing short-form content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTuber Shorts and / or Facebook that primarily falls within the one or more of the following subject areas:
      1. Politics
      2. Science & Technology
      3. Sport
      4. Entertainment
      5. Finance
         
   2. have an average minimum of 150,000 views per month across their channels;
   3. have a loyal, engaged and growing audience; and
   4. have consistent publishing of their content and audience interaction.
      

1. To be eligible to participate in the Gen GH Accelerator you must meet the above criteria above, have the right to work in the UK and be aged 18 years or over.
2. In submitting your application, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are available to participate in the programme from [1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026]. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to work in the UK.

1. The application period for entries to the 2026 Gen GH Accelerator is from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (Closing Date) inclusive.
2. To submit your application, please complete and submit the official Gen GH Accelerator application form available here link by the Closing Date. All applications received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
3. We cannot accept responsibility for applications that are corrupted, incomplete or unsuccessfully transmitted, regardless of cause.

5. All information provided in your application must be true and accurate.
6. By submitting an application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. There is a limit of one application per person. Applications on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
8. We are also open to a collective, duo or trio of creators applying together - if they have an existing collective brand.
9. But every individual person can only apply once, they could not apply with the collective and then solo.
10. We reserve all rights to disqualify an application if it is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Gen GH Accelerator.
11. We expect a high volume of applications and therefore they cannot be returned and no feedback to unsuccessful applicants can be given.
12. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to interviews and / or asked to provide further information in support of their application.
    

1. Applications will be assessed by us for the content creator’s suitability for the Gen GH Accelerator programme. Our decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2. Please note, the selection process is competitive and not guaranteed.

1. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the successful applicants. If a successful applicant cannot be contacted or is unable to participate in the Gen GH Accelerator for whatever reason, we reserve the right to offer the Gen GH Accelerator programme to another eligible content creator selected from the applications that were received before the Closing Date.
2. We do not accept any responsibility if you are unable to participate in the Gen GH Accelerator programme as required.

1. We will publish the names of the content creators who have been selected for the 2026 Gen GH Accelerator on our website www.goalhanger.com/gengh by 30th April 2026
2. If you object to your name being published or made available, please let us know. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to any successful applicant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of your accepting a place on the Gen GH Accelerator except where it is caused by our negligence.

1. We do not claim any rights of ownership in your application including any accompanying materials or content you may submit.
2. You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, make excerpts of your application including any accompanying materials and content, available on our website www.goalhanger.com/gengh and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, in connection with any publicity of the Gen GH Accelerator. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in your application including any accompanying materials and content, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in your application including any accompanying materials and content for such purposes.
   

1. You agree that all content, materials an information you submit as part of your application:
   1. are wholly original and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
   2. do not contain any defamatory matter, breach any contract, law or duty of confidentiality, infringe data protection rights or constitute contempt of court or obscenity;
   3. will comply with the relevant media platform's terms of use, the law, the CAP and BCAP advertising codes, the Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on social media endorsements and all other applicable regulatory guidance, as updated from time to time; and
   4. you have not used paid followers, bots or other forms of technology to artificially inflate your follower numbers or make your posts appear more popular.
      

We will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy. See also condition 8, with regard to the announcement of the successful applicants.

1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Gen GH Accelerator and its application process.
2. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Gen GH Accelerator and its application process at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any applicants wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
